The Pedro Krotsch Prize is an initiative of CLACSO in association with the Gino Germani Research Institute of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires, which has the dual purpose of stimulating the production of rigorous studies on the university and honoring the career of one of the most recognized and committed Latin American researchers on higher education.
