CLACSO is once again present in the International Book Fair for University Students (FILUNI) in Mexico City, in the sixth edition from August 27 to September 1.

-Margo Glantz, Mexican novelist, poet, and essayist. Member of the Mexican Academy of Language. She presented the reissue of the book: “Two Hundred Blue Whales and Four Horses” (1979), which deals with the extinction of species and how two types of mammals have been portrayed in world literature and mythology.

-Rodrigo Arim, Rector of the University of the Republic, Uruguay, guest of honor at the sixth edition of the International Fair of University Women and Men (FILUNI)

-Jazmina Barrera, Mexican writer, founding partner of Ediciones Antílope. She participated in the presentation of the reissue of Margo Glantz's book: “Two Hundred Blue Whales and Four Horses”.

The program for Wednesday, August 28th covers one of the main themes of the Platforms for Social Dialogue which CLACSO is promoting for the coming years: “Right to education, public policies and pedagogical alternatives”
