How can we strengthen academic freedom in the current context?

-CLACSO and the Coalition for Academic Freedom in the Americas (CLAA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding to develop, promote, and implement outreach, training, publications, and research activities, and to promote concrete actions to strengthen academic and intellectual freedom in the region and the world. Interviews with Camilla Croso, Executive Director of the CLAA, and Pablo Vommaro, Academic Director of CLACSO.

-Feminisms in the network. On October 8, CLACSO and the Government of the Province of Buenos Aires launched the "Feminisms Network" project to promote the gender and diversity agenda in Argentina and the region. Participants included the Governor of Buenos Aires Province, Axel Kicillof; the Vice Governor, Verónica Magario; the Executive Director of CLACSO, Karina Batthyány; the Minister of Women and Diversity of the Province of Buenos Aires, Estela Díaz; and other officials.
-The 25th anniversary of CLACSO Working Group “Crisis and the World Economy”. Participants: Orlando Caputo, Jaime Estay, Julio Gambina and Gabriela Roffinelli
