CLACSO in Bolivia

On Thursday, August 1st and Friday, August 2nd, the CLACSO Executive Secretariat will be in Bolivia participating in various academic activities and institutional meetings.

The CLACSO Bolivia Member Centers will meet in La Paz on Thursday the 1st at the Center for Labor and Agrarian Development Studies (CEDLA).

The following day, in the same city, a discussion on the “State of Research in Bolivia” is scheduled at the Andrés Bello Agreement offices. Participants will include Karina Batthyány, Executive Secretary of the Latin American Council of Social Sciences (CLACSO); Pablo Vommaro, Director of Research and Working Groups at CLACSO; Godofredo Sandoval, Director of the Strategic Research Program of Bolivia (PIEB); Jorge Tejerina, Director of the DICYT at the UAJMS in Tarija; and Daniel Bogado, from the University of Beni.
