Science for the truth

 Science for the truth

In 2018, the Argentine Forensic Anthropology Team was honored by the Latin American Council of Social Sciences and the National University of Quilmes with the Juan Gelman Latin American Prize for its commitment to social sciences and the defense of human rights.

“Science for the truth” is part of that recognition and commemorates 35 years of work in the search for and restoration of the identity of thousands of missing persons in Argentina, Latin America and the rest of the world.

The book compiles 35 stories that, like a fabric, are joined together to tell of a collective experience guided by communication with family members, scientific rigor and the impeccable work of more than one generation.
