El pasado 2 de abril, el presidente estadounidense Donald Trump lanzó un paquete arancelario que abarca a casi todo el planeta, lo que provocó desconcierto y temores que rápidamente se tradujeron en una gran crisis global con consecuencias imprevisibles, introduciendo un escenario que redefine un nuevo orden económico mundial y que, en el fondo, denota un nuevo escalón de la propia crisis del sistema capitalista.
