Comprehensive Sexuality Education Library in open access

This library recovers the materials produced by the National Comprehensive Sexual Education Program (ESI) of Argentina, from its creation through Law No. 26.150 in October 2006 until December 2023. It contains resources intended for the levels and modalities of the compulsory education system.
The various educational resources that comprise this program were produced to support teachers in guaranteeing the right to Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE), addressing the five conceptual pillars of CSE in a holistic manner. Through accurate, reliable, and up-to-date information, they promote body and health care, providing tools for prevention and self-care; strengthen the value of affection, fostering relationships based on respect and empathy; contribute to guaranteeing rights, ensuring access to fundamental knowledge for the full exercise of citizenship; challenge stereotypes and promote a gender perspective, fostering equity in all areas of life; and guarantee an inclusive approach to sexual diversity, recognizing and valuing the plurality of sexual orientations and gender identities and expressions.
