The Latin American Council of Social Sciences (CLACSO) announces the results of the Call for Research Scholarships in Migration and Human Mobility, remembering Edelberto Torres Rivas, a prominent Central American intellectual committed to the study and transformation of the realities of the region.
They were received 705 applications, of which 234 They were completed and were technically reviewed to be qualitatively evaluated by the International Committee, which considered the quality, relevance, and coherence of the proposals.
The evaluation carried out verified the high quality of the proposals presented, as well as their soundness and intellectual contribution to the problem of the call.
The Committee was made up of 21 experts 11 countries: Alberto Hernández (Mexico), Alfonso Hinojosa (Bolivia), Ana Corina Hernández (Honduras), Asier Hernando (Spain/Peru), Claudia Pedone (Argentina), Delia Dutra (Brazil), Enrique Coraza (Mexico), Fabienne Venet (Mexico), Guilherme Mansur (Brazil), Guillerme Acuña (Costa Rica), Irene Palma (Guatemala), Juan Pablo Gómez (Nicaragua), Karin Fusaro (Brazil), Liliana Rivera (Mexico), María Mercedes Eguiguren (Ecuador), María Soledad Lastra (Argentina), Robin Cavaognoud (Peru), Sergio Caggiano (Argentina), Silvia Dutrenit (Mexico), Sindy Hernández (Guatemala) and Thales Speroni (Brazil).
