Afro-descendants and Public Policies

On Friday, November 20, the virtual Conversation took place: “Afro-descendants and Public Policies: Experiences, opportunities and challenges of the Greater Homeland”, with the participation of Mónica Rey Gutiérrez, former Supra-State Parliamentarian for the MAS (Bolivia); Diógenes Díaz, University of Carabobo (Venezuela); Miguel Pereira, former Head of the Department of Afro-descendants of the Ministry of Social Development (Uruguay); and Federico Pita, African Diaspora of Argentina (Argentina).

The closing remarks were delivered by the Executive Secretary of CLACSO, Karina Batthyány, and Victoria Donda, Head of the National Institute against Discrimination, Xenophobia and Racism – INADI (Argentina).
