XVIII Conference of Young Researchers of the IIGG

The Gino Germani Research Institute invites you to participate in its XIII Young Researchers Conference, to be held in person on October 28, 29 and 30, 2026 at Uriburu 950, 6th floor, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

Since 2001, the Young Researchers' Conference has established itself as a space for dialogue and broad, diverse exchange, capable of energizing and enriching academic activity as a collective practice. This 13th edition marks the 25th anniversary of the conference's inception.

Each edition has been an invitation to a gathering where knowledge, memory, and sovereignty can be built. On this occasion, and within the context of the delegitimization of the scientific system and public universities, we reaffirm our commitment and invite you to continue shaping this shared space.

The call is aimed at researchers in training, both members of our institute and our faculty as well as from other academic institutions and units.

We thus aspire to continue the exchange between different social research experiences, strengthening the openness of our institute towards other institutions and spaces for knowledge building at the national and international level.
