This webinar proposes a space for collective reflection on the current situation in Bolivia and the territorial, spiritual and political struggles that the Andean peoples are currently experiencing, especially the Aymara people in the territory of Qollasuyo.
The meeting will address various reflections related to the defense of territory, the rights of Indigenous peoples, ancestral memory, and community resistance against the multiple forms of dispossession, extractivism, and violence against life and territories. From the Aymara worldview, the land is not understood as a resource or object of exploitation, but as a living being and a spiritual community that sustains collective life.
The activity seeks to share analysis on the current process of mobilization and rebellion of the Aymara people in Bolivia, highlighting the community forms of organization, the strength of historical memory (amuyu) and the Katari energy as a symbol of struggle, resistance and transformation for the entire Andean and Latin American region.
From the perspective of Pacha Saraya Yatiña, the Pacha is a person (jaqi), a spiritual and communal existence (ajayunaka), linked to sacred places (uywiris), to the cycles of life and to ancestral forms of care and reciprocity with the earth.
