This is a postgraduate course, with a total of 40 credit hours. It is offered synchronously via the Zoom platform. Its objectives are: • To analyze the main concepts in current economic analysis. • To present and analyze the contributions of Feminist Economics (FE) to construct a critical analysis of the current economy and strengthen alternative strategies. • To develop FE's contributions to understanding the issues of work, care, and social reproduction. • To discuss elements of alternative visions for the functioning of the economy, focusing on the sustainability of life. • To investigate the reasons for and consequences of inequality gaps in the labor market. • To examine the most relevant theoretical approaches to regional development, critically contrasting the various perspectives. • To deepen the analysis of the historical formation and configuration of regional economies in Argentina. • To investigate the historical-structural configuration of regional accumulation subsystems in Argentina, identifying the forms of dispute and surplus transfer within the framework of federalism and territorial hierarchies.
