The CLACSO Working Groups on Arts and Politics y Just transitions and care for our common home invite the International Colloquium “Art and Feminist Activism”, a space for dialogue and reflection on the multiple ways in which artistic creation is articulated with feminist struggles in Latin America.
The event proposes considering art as a tool for social transformation, capable of highlighting inequalities, denouncing violence, and constructing new narratives around gender equality, diversity, memory, and social justice. Through diverse disciplines such as literature, muralism, performance art, and digital art, feminist activism transforms personal experience into a political and collective act.
