University journals are a fundamental component of the scientific and academic ecosystem, a vital space for the dissemination of knowledge. These publications constitute a substantial communication channel for researchers, professors, and students to share their work and discoveries with the scientific community, the productive sector, and the general public.
The Provincial University of Córdoba , through its Secretariat of Science, Art, and Technology, will host the International Congress of University Journals – Argentine Edition, which will take place at various UPC campuses throughout the province of Córdoba, as well as at universities in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Spain, and other countries. The event will be held from October 6 to 10, 2026, in a hybrid format , allowing for in-person participation at the different UPC campuses and synchronous virtual connection for those participating online.

Participation Options and Registration
The CIRU is conducted in a hybrid format (in-person at the Provincial University of Córdoba and online), allowing for diverse forms of involvement for editors, authors, researchers, teachers, students, and other interested parties. The activities follow the motto "do, produce, and get hands-on," fostering collaboration, experimentation, and knowledge transfer.
