Álvaro García Linera is one of the most prominent thinkers in the Latin American and Caribbean critical field and an essential author for analyzing the current historical struggles of Our America. A militant intellectual and member of the Movement for Socialism, his work was marked by an unwavering commitment to analyzing, from a Marxist perspective, the indigenous community and insurgency as spaces of revolutionary creation.
CLACSO and Prometeo are undertaking a new publishing project to make their collected works available to readers, which will become part of the Álvaro García Linera Library of the Latin American and Caribbean Council of Social Sciences.
