Indigenous communities: communal forms of government and threats to the democratic life of peoples today

CLACSO, with the support of the Bachelor's Degree in Popular Education of the University of Valle of Colombia, convenes the virtual dialogue “Indigenous communities: communal forms of government and threats to the democratic life of peoples today” Tuesday, August 11th, starting at 14 PM Colombia time – 16 PM Argentina time.

The objective is to generate a space for dialogue on the communal forms of indigenous government in order to understand and recognize their institutional structure and the system of practices that organize collective life, as well as to identify synergies and tensions with the institutionality of national states.
