60 years of the Cuban Revolution
CLACSO Radio presents a new podcast that takes viewers on a journey from the origins of the Cuban Revolution to the commemorations of the 60th anniversary of the events of January 1, 1959. It features historical audio recordings and the voices of Fidel and Raúl Castro, Ernesto Che Guevara, and Miguel Díaz-Canel, among others.

This is a preview of the presence of the Latin American Council of Social Sciences in Havana from October 19 to 25 to commemorate and interpret the multiple legacies of the 60 years of the Cuban Revolution, and to discuss its present and future.
During those days, the Cuban capital will host more than 20 academic activities, cultural events, and workshops, including the screening of a documentary about six decades of the Revolution and book presentations. The 100th Meeting of the CLACSO Steering Committee will also take place, and the network of CLACSO centers in Cuba will organize the Forum on the 60th Anniversary of the Revolution.
