100 Voices (and a Letter) for Paulo Freire
To commemorate the centenary of Paulo Freire, CLACSO and the Bogotá Department of Education have joined forces to produce this collaborative book, which brings together one hundred voices of educators from across the continent. To celebrate the enduring presence of this brilliant Brazilian educator, the texts in this volume seek to engage in dialogue with Paulo Freire, and with one another, about the multifaceted meanings and scope of his legacy and the urgent need to keep it alive and relevant in the face of the unprecedented social and educational challenges of the 21st century.
