-Sumud Global Flotilla to Gaza

From Türkiye, Lautaro Rivara, Sociologist and Doctor of History, co-coordinator of the CLACSO Working Group “Imperialism, neocolonialism and intervention policies”, reports from the flotilla that departed on April 12 with the objective of breaking the Israeli blockade in Palestine and opening a humanitarian corridor to bring aid with supplies to Gaza.

-114th meeting of the CLACSO Steering Committee in Brazil

The Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) hosted the 114th meeting of the CLACSO Steering Committee on April 27th.


The program for Wednesday, May 13th covers two of the main themes of the Platforms for Social Dialogue which CLACSO is promoting for the coming years: “Democracies in dispute: horizons, resistances and construction of alternatives from the public and the common” and “Social movements and activism in Latin America and the Caribbean: resistances, articulations and construction of the common.”
