CLACSO, the Network of Universities for the Care of the Common Home and the Municipality of Río Grande sign a cooperation alliance
On March 19, at the CLACSO headquarters in Buenos Aires, a tripartite framework agreement was formalized aimed at promoting scientific exchange, technological innovation and institutional articulation.
At a meeting held at the offices of the Latin American Council of Social Sciences (CLACSO), authorities from three key actors signed an agreement Tripartite Framework Agreement for Interinstitutional CooperationThis strategic alliance brings together CLACSO, the Network of Universities for the Care of the Common Home Civil Association (RUC) and the Fuegian Municipality of Río Grande.
The document was signed by the Mayor of Río Grande, Martín Alejandro Pérez, the Executive Director of CLACSO, Pablo Vommaro and the President of the RUC, Mg. Agustina Rodríguez Saá.

Agreement objectives
The central purpose of this agreement is to establish a close and collaborative relationship that will enhance each entity's capabilities in the face of current challenges. Key pillars of the agreement include:
- Reciprocal exchange: Promote the constant flow of scientific and technological information between the parties.
- Knowledge development: To promote the creation, research and application of new technologies.
- Promoting entrepreneurship: To coordinate projects in all fields in which the three institutions carry out their activities, uniting academia, social sciences, socio-environmental care and municipal management.
Concrete actions and long-term planning
To put these guidelines into practice, the institutions agreed that joint tasks would be implemented through Specific AgreementsThis approach will allow for a precise definition of the contributions of personnel, resources, and equipment, as well as the establishment of clear timelines and evaluation mechanisms for each project they decide to undertake.
