Latin American Dialogues 2026. Venezuela: political context and popular public education

Latin American Dialogues is a virtual meeting space created by the Network of Researchers and Social Organizations of Latin America (RIOSAL) to share and discuss current situations in Latin American countries in general, and issues related to public and popular education in particular. For this new edition (the first of 2026), we propose to reflect on the US attack on Venezuela, the contested scenarios, and the challenges the region faces in the face of this imperial offensive, with contributions from leading researchers.
